What if my plants arrive damaged?
1. Refuse to sign for them – If the driver insists on a signature then please write “STI” (Subject to Inspection) in conjunction with your signature.
2. Email us as soon as possible a list of what has been damaged with clear photographs attached.
3. If the above steps are followed and the right for a claim is established with the carrier, then we will supply replacements for your damaged plants – subject to availability. If replacing the damaged plants is not possible then we will provide a credit to your account.

Can you source plants that you don't grow?
Can I indent my plants?
Yes, please! Indenting not only secures your plants but it also gives us plenty of time to assemble your order and have it ready for the exact date you need it.
Can I get a discount if I buy lots of plants?
Why can't I buy plants through your website?
Because we have such an extensive variety of plants, of which are always in a constant state of change – it makes it near impossible to maintain an accurate storefront on our website. For this reason we encourage you to view our Monthly Trade list, or send an email to email@example.com with any queries regarding pricing and availability.
